Vortex engineers and manufactures slide gates, diverters, angel hair traps, iris valves, loading solutions, & aerated conveying equipment specifically for handling dry bulk powders, pellets, granules, & aggregates. Since 1977 Vortex has worked with over 15,000 customers in the food, chemical, mineral, mining, and power generation industries to improve overall process efficiency. Every Vortex product incorporates design features to improve dependability, durability, ease of maintenance, while minimizing the need for spare parts. Unlike typical component “suppliers”, Vortex has the capability to customize and tailor equipment for individual applications and challenging installations.
Spectrum Metalcraft specializes in precision metal fabrication for infrastructure and industrial applications. We offer a wide variety of capabilities including lasers, robotic welders, blasting booths, and liquid and powder paint systems. Other services provided include cutting, electropolishing, welding, braking, finishing and assembly services. Our 125,000 square foot facility utilizes state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies. Our design and manufacturing experience draws on the relationships from both the Spectrum and Vortex customer networks.
Solidex is a leading provider of Rail Car Loading systems that enhance efficiency and performance. Known for its commitment to quality and innovation, Solidex offers systems tailored to meet the demands of various industries. A key part of their product lineup includes Spin Loaders, engineered for maximum productivity and precision. FortressBlast Systems (formally ABS) is a world leader in engineering and manufacturing abrasive blast equipment that is built for longevity, quality finishing, low spare part requirements, and reducing waste. Leveraging the latest technologies, we can tailor our equipment to your specific needs. From small-scale operations to large-scale industrial applications, our team can design and build custom solutions, including specialized nozzle configurations, custom-engineered blast chambers, and fully automated systems.
HAMAR™ Electric Linear Actuators are the workhorses of industry, designed with accurate positioning feedback and superior torque and duty cycles.
